How can I pay for an order

You can pay with E-Transfer — please use discreet names on statements for privacy

All orders are shipped via Purolator or UPS

  • Once an order is placed and we have received the payment, we will start processing it. Processing will take place the day after.

 

  • All packages are shipped Express Post, which can take up to 2-5 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area, it may take a day or so longer.

 

  • While we strive to meet our stated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational issues
  • Rural or remote delivery zones

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped. You can monitor your package on the courier’s website using this number.

It may take up to 24 hours for Canada Post to update their system with the tracking number – If after 48 hours the tracking does not work, please do not hesitate to contact support
